ProfitBox360 is a growth & strategy team for D2C brands. To do the work, the brands we partner with connect their tools to us. This policy covers two kinds of data: information from visitors to this website, and the business data brands share with us during an engagement. The data you share with us is yours, it stays safe, and we use it only for the purpose you shared it for.

1. Information We Collect

From website visitors. Information you provide directly, such as your name and email address when you book a call or contact us, plus usage data collected automatically through cookies — pages visited, time on site, and referral source.

From brands we work with. When you engage us, you connect tools such as your store, ad accounts, marketplaces, analytics and CRM. Through these we access your business data — and, in some of it, data about your customers — so we can do the analysis and build the recommendations you hired us for.

2. Your Business and Customer Data

The data you connect stays yours. We act on your behalf, and we hold ourselves to a simple rule:

  • Used only for your purpose. We use your business and customer data solely to deliver the analysis, reporting and recommendations for your brand — the purpose you shared it for. Nothing else.
  • Never sold or shared. We never sell, rent or trade your data, and we never share it with other brands. Your data is never used to benefit a competitor or any other client.
  • Access kept tight. Only the people working on your engagement can access it, and only for as long as they need to.

3. How We Use Website Information

We use information from website visitors to respond to your inquiries, improve our website, and send relevant communications. We will never sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to analyze website traffic and improve your experience. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.

5. Third-Party Services

To deliver our work we connect to the tools you authorise (such as your store, ad platforms, marketplaces, analytics and CRM) and use service providers for scheduling, analytics and email. We connect only to what you grant us access to, and each service handles data under its own privacy terms.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information and limit access to it. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we treat your data as we would our own.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

You can ask us to delete your data at any time. If you end an engagement, we delete your business data and revoke our access to your connected tools within 30 days — no exit fee, no notice period.
