Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Shopify stores and growth for ecommerce brands

• New store build. If your Shopify store isn't live within 10 days, we refund the one-time build fee in full. The conditions are in section 3 of our Terms.
• Growing an existing store. If your revenue doesn't grow in your first 30 days with us at the same ad spend, we refund your first month's fee. The conditions are in section 4 of our Terms.
• Cancelling. Monthly plans run month to month. You can cancel at any time, with no exit fee and no notice period.

2. Websites for local businesses

Website design, hosting and maintenance for small businesses, sold as a monthly plan. Some plans have a one-time setup fee of up to ₹1,499.

• Live within 24 hours. If your website isn't live within 24 hours of payment, we refund that payment in full.
• Cancel anytime. You can cancel your monthly plan at any time. The current month isn't refunded. Your website is paused once the paid period ends.
• Setup fee. The setup fee is refunded only if we fail to deliver your website.

3. How to ask for a refund or cancel

Message us on WhatsApp or send us a message through our contact page. Tell us your name and the payment you're asking about.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

4. Delivery and shipping

All our services are digital and delivered online. Nothing is shipped, so there are no shipping charges and no physical delivery.

• A local business website goes live within 24 hours of payment.
• A new Shopify store goes live within 10 days of receiving everything we need to build it.
• Growth work starts once you connect your store and ad accounts to us.
