Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These terms are between you and ProfitBox360 (a proprietorship owned and operated by Manish Mishra), referred to here as ProfitBox360, "we" or "us". By accessing or using the ProfitBox360 website, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

2. Services

ProfitBox360 provides growth consulting and execution services for D2C and e-commerce brands, and website design, hosting and maintenance for small local businesses. Prices are on our pricing page, and refunds and cancellations follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Specific service terms and deliverables are agreed upon separately for each engagement.

3. New Store Guarantee

If we build your Shopify store and it isn't live within 10 days, we refund the one-time build fee in full. Live means your store is published and can take orders.

The 10 days start on the day you send us everything we need to build it: your products, product photos, logo and access to your Shopify account. Time spent waiting on third parties — such as payment gateway approval or domain setup — doesn't count toward the 10 days.

Shopify's own subscription, theme and app charges are paid to Shopify directly and aren't covered by this guarantee.

4. Growth Guarantee

On our founding plan for growing an existing store in India, if your revenue doesn't grow in your first 30 days with us, we refund your first month's fee.

Before we start, we agree on a recent normal month of your revenue as the starting point. It can't be a festive or sale month. We compare it with your revenue in your first 30 days with us.

The comparison assumes your ad spend stays the same as in the starting month.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of ProfitBox360 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

ProfitBox360 provides its website and services on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of information on our website. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal remedies.
